Lovely 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home with additional office/ nook. Full Laundry room with Pantry. Large Shaded Deck with Mature Shade trees all around. Home is on one of the nicest lots in Park. Park has recently changed ownership and as a result the improvements for residents have been amazing. Park is all ages, and has a front weekend camper area. Streets are paved. Isleton schools are amazing. Very peaceful quiet living. We have seen everything from coyotes to Seals out here – amazing wildlife! Great fishing.

Home has no major issues. Must be leveled once a year and normal maintenance. Refrigerator will have to be replaced soon. Laundry has hook ups for either set up. There is also a laundry room in the park.

Both Bathrooms have showers. Master Bathroom is huge and we had planned to have a walk in tub installed. We did not have the gas line hooked back up because the wood stove was all we ever needed for heat.

Health issues ( serious) require that we live closer to were my husband works and I can get to treatments, or we would not sell. Neighbors are nice as well – all ages of kids here.
