The original amount of the note was $69,452.00.  The current unpaid balance of the note is $27,307.60 to 7-5-2016.  The monthly payment is $400.00 principle and interest. The insurance is current.  The note payment is currently 3 payments behind. The registered owner is employed and receiving social security.  She may or may not bring the payments current.  So if you decide to repossess the mobile home, your purchase price of the mobile home will be the purchase price of the note plus cost.
