I bought new shower stall, vanity for the master bathroom (not installed). I bought a roll of linoleum for one of the bedrooms (not installed). I bought new laminate wood for the living room (not installed). Backsplash for kitchen, countertop, laminate square for floor, new lighting, wall paper, (not installed). Removed all staples from living room carpet. New shingles on roof (4 years old). The property here with out water, electricity, septic tank sell for 40,000.00. I am asking for $15,000.00 for mobile home. I am asking for $60,000.00 (mobile home and property).
